Katrina is the original founder of Join Talent and continues to lead the business as CEO. She was awarded the title of ‘Recruitment Leader of the Year’ in 2018 by Recruiter Magazine and was awarded the title of Start-up Entrepreneur of the year 2021 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Claire has over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry after starting her career as a qualified Operational Risk Practitioner. Claire’s recruitment experience spans both internal recruitment (Nationwide Building Society) and Outsourced Services (AMS) where her variety of roles focussed on complimentary workforce models and product development. In 2016 Claire was awarded UK Best In house recruitment manager at the In-House Recruitment Network Awards.

Having joined Join Talent in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, Claire spearheads strategy and delivery across risk management, compliance, bid management, and operating model functions. Additionally, she also plays a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding Join Talent’s client enablement offerings.
