AmTrust International is a global insurance provider with 1600 employees, the bulk of which are spread across 11 individual brands and locations in the UK&I. What began as a pilot evolved into a long-term strategic partnership, with Join Talent embedding a Talent Director as Head of TA and a team of deeply skilled TA Experts to form AmTrust’s first-ever in-house talent acquisition function.

The goal: build a scalable, insight-led TA model that could flex across brands, regions, and market conditions.
To achieve this, Join Talent transitioned AmTrust from 100% agency reliance to its first in-house direct sourcing model, delivering strategic enablement, training, and data-led agility.
Our embedded team led the development of a unified Employer Brand story for AmTrust, including the launch of the first-ever careers site, and introduced a dual-instance ATS to support brand distinction and consistent delivery.
This evolved even further after the initial 3 years when a more agile solution was required, resulting in the introduction of four individual careers sites, each representing local culture and identity.
