Katrina Hutchinson O’Neill
CEO & Co-Founder

Katrina has over 20 years of experience spanning internal management consultancy, large-scale operations leadership (including Amazon, Cisco) & Talent Acquisition leadership (Reed, HCL, RBS, Nationwide). Katrina is well known on the global stage as a thought leader in the talent acquisition sector, and a sought-after speaker at Talent conferences.

Katrina is the original founder of Join Talent and continues to lead the business as CEO. She was awarded the title of ‘Recruitment Leader of the Year’ in 2018 by Recruiter Magazine and was awarded the title of Start-up Entrepreneur of the year 2021 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Kevin Blair
Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder

Kevin is an experienced entrepreneur with interests in several companies, and additionally has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of Talent Acquisition Leadership roles including IBM & Cisco. He has a broad network globally and is well-known and respected as a thought leader in the Talent Acquisition space, as well as being a sought-after speaker at Talent conferences.

Kevin, a long-standing professional acquaintance of Katrina’s, joined the business as Co-Founder and CTO in January 2020 and has partnered in growing the business from that point onwards.

Colin Watt
Chief Operating Officer

Colin has over 30 years of experience in businesses such as Tesco, Eurotunnel, Co-op, O2, Telefonica, Very and NCC Group, predominantly in global executive, people and leadership roles.

He is Join Talent’s first Chief Operating Officer, looking after IT infrastructure, business operations, scheduling, reporting and data, along with governance/risk and internal TA.

 

Georgia Hearn
Managing Director | Client Success

Georgia has nearly 20 years of RPO leadership experience, mainly working for Manpower where she was responsible for overseeing the day to day recruiting processes for RPO Contracts for a broad range of clients within their Talent Solutions business.

Lee Harding
Director of Recruitment Enablement

Lee is a Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong track record in delivering innovation to reduce hiring costs, drive efficiencies and deliver quality talent.  Commercially focused, Lee formerly Co-Founded and successfully scaled a Recruitment SaaS business raising over £1m in funding.

Nicole Jardim
Head of Business Operations & Company Secretariat

Nicole was employee No.1 at Join Talent, joining in Q1 2019 initially as EA to CEO and being promoted in 2021 to Head of Business Operations.

Sean Meredith
Chief Financial Officer

Sean is a Chartered Management Accountant with international experience in leading finance and accounting teams to meet global strategies and internal service requirements. Sean has a strong compliance acumen and drives value through efficient systems development and highly commercially focussed business partnering. He is also experienced at leading into new markets.
