Katrina Hutchinson O’Neill
CEO & Founder

Katrina has over 20 years of experience spanning internal management consultancy, large-scale operations leadership (including Amazon, Cisco) & Talent Acquisition leadership (Reed, HCL, RBS, Nationwide). Katrina is well known on the global stage as a thought leader in the talent acquisition sector, and a sought-after speaker at Talent conferences.

Katrina is the original founder of Join Talent and continues to lead the business as CEO. She was awarded the title of ‘Recruitment Leader of the Year’ in 2018 by Recruiter Magazine and was awarded the title of Start-up Entrepreneur of the year 2021 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

I am an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager with over 20 years’ experience working within the technology & media sectors. I have worked with, and managed in house teams in both highly demanding volume recruitment, and more strategic & operational roles.

I have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in large multi-site, matrix organisations. I have vast international experience with “on the ground” experience of delivering resourcing projects in Germany, Dubai, Spain, Amsterdam, Denmark, USA, Eastern Europe, Singapore and the UK.
