Katrina Hutchinson O’Neill
CEO & Co-Founder

Katrina has over 20 years of experience spanning internal management consultancy, large-scale operations leadership (including Amazon, Cisco) & Talent Acquisition leadership (Reed, HCL, RBS, Nationwide). Katrina is well known on the global stage as a thought leader in the talent acquisition sector, and a sought-after speaker at Talent conferences.

Katrina is the original founder of Join Talent and continues to lead the business as CEO. She was awarded the title of ‘Recruitment Leader of the Year’ in 2018 by Recruiter Magazine and was awarded the title of Start-up Entrepreneur of the year 2021 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Kevin Blair
CTO & Co-Founder

Kevin is an experienced entrepreneur with interests in several companies, and additionally has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of Talent Acquisition Leadership roles including IBM & Cisco. He has a broad network globally and is well-known and respected as a thought leader in the Talent Acquisition space, as well as being a sought-after speaker at Talent conferences.

Kevin, a long-standing professional acquaintance of Katrina’s, joined the business as Co-Founder and CTO in January 2020 and has partnered in growing the business from that point onwards.

Managing Director

Managing Director of International business at Join Talent focusing on the US/MENA and the APAC regions, with a focus on growing the business & to scale to offer more customers our amazing bespoke solutions and our own team more opportunities, more career development and an even better working environment.

Andy is a MCIPD-qualified HR Leader who has depth of sectoral experience in the embedded space having formerly worked for Talentful.

Georgia Hearn
Director of Client Success

Georgia has nearly 20 years of RPO leadership experience, mainly working for Manpower where she was responsible for overseeing the day to day recruiting processes for RPO Contracts for a broad range of clients within their Talent Solutions business.

Lee Harding
Director of Recruitment Enablement

Lee is a Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong track record in delivering innovation to reduce hiring costs, drive efficiencies and deliver quality talent.  Commercially focused, Lee formerly Co-Founded and successfully scaled a Recruitment SaaS business raising over £1m in funding.

Nicole Jardim
Head of Business Operations & Company Secretariat

Nicole was employee No.1 at Join Talent, joining in Q1 2019 initially as EA to CEO and being promoted in 2021 to Head of Business Operations.

Melissa Crijns
Managing Director of Search Practice

Melissa leads our Search division and brings over 20 years of Global Search, Mapping, Insights and Consulting experience to the table.

She’s held leadership roles with several executive search firms, as well as in-house TA leadership roles at the likes of Oracle, Workday and Zuora.

Having worked in-house and externally, Melissa brings a unique perspective on Search, as she’s been both a client and consultant.

Sean Meredith
Chief Financial Officer

Sean is a Chartered Management Accountant with international experience in leading finance and accounting teams to meet global strategies and internal service requirements. Sean has a strong compliance acumen and drives value through efficient systems development and highly commercially focussed business partnering. He is also experienced at leading into new markets.

Tom Brown
Managing Director, Digisource

An RPO and Senior Talent Acquisition enthusiast with a passion for technology. Experience with delivery/headhunting, setting up internal recruitment frameworks and policies, improving EVP and Employer Branding, hiring manager training, day to day management of onsite and offsite resourcing teams and general internal talent acquisition strategy.
