Recruiting is a time-consuming and often complex process, and sadly traditionally as in-house recruitment has been slow to be recognised as a profession the training available to recruiters has been centered either on ‘HR generalist’ training on TA related employment law & interview skills, or on ‘agency’ training in how to do sales and manage clients.The role of a professional in-house recruiter requires a special blend of skills and capabilities.
